Puppy Policy, Procedures and Definitions
DEPOSIT POLICY
When a customer places a deposit with the Bull Farm for an American Bully puppy, the deposit amount will be applied towards the total cost of the puppy. Deposits are considered non-refundable; however, they are Always Transferable. "Transferable" means that the deposit can be transferred to the next available litter with the same Picking position available. For instance, if a customer has a reservation deposit on Litter A for a 1st pick male but all females are born in the litter or the customer is no longer able to complete their transaction, the customer is entitled to the 1st pick male on the next available litter (Litter B) where the 1st pick male is still available. This ensures that customers have the option to choose the desired pick based on availability in subsequent litters.
PUPPY RESERVATION
Puppy reservations at the Bull Farm are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. A puppy will not be held without a deposit. Once the deposit is made and the reservation is confirmed, the customer has 6 weeks to pick up their puppy. Full payment must be received before the new owner can take possession of the puppy. It is essential that the customer picks up their puppy within the 6-week timeframe, unless the puppy is less than 8 weeks old. We adhere to the policy that no puppy shall leave the Bull Farm before reaching the age of 8 weeks. Our puppies are provided with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming treatments. Additionally, we offer optional services such as ear cropping for an additional fee, as well as basic puppy training packages and show training packages. SHIPPING POLICY FOR PUPPIES
Thank you for choosing our kennel to add a new furry friend to your family. Please read the following shipping policy details to understand the process of receiving your puppy:
1. **Selection of Puppy**: Customers will have the opportunity to choose their puppy when the puppies are four weeks old. They will be able to view and interact with the available puppies to make their selection.
2. **Age Requirement**: Puppies will remain with their mother at the kennel until they reach the age of eight weeks. This ensures that they are weaned and ready for their new homes.
3. **Pick Up Options**: - **In-Person Pick Up**: Customers can arrange to pick up the puppy in person at our kennel location or an arraigned meeting location.
**Shipping Services**:
Customers can opt for shipping services, where they have the following options:
A). **Ground Shipping**: This option takes anywhere from three to seven days for the puppy to reach its destination.
B). **Flight Shipping with Flight Nanny**: A flight nanny will accompany the puppy on the flight to the desired destination. Our puppies never fly under the plane. Our puppies are flown in cabin, in the lap of their flight nanny to the customers desired destination airport. Customers will need to meet the flight nanny at the airport to receive their puppy.
4). **Arranging Own Shipping**: Customers also have the choice to arrange their own shipping if preferred. Please coordinate the details with our staff for a smooth process.
5. **Additional Information**:
Please ensure that you are ready to receive your puppy on the agreed-upon date and time. - Any changes to the shipping arrangements should be communicated in advance to avoid delays or issues. - We take the utmost care in preparing the puppies for their journey, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the shipping process.
