SHIPPING
Orders placed after 9 AM EST ship within 2 business days Monday-Friday, excluding all major holidays. Shipping to be calculated at checkout. Packages are delivered in 1-5 business days with FedEx and USPS. We ship within the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. A FedEx or USPS tracking number will be emailed upon shipment and will provide an accurate estimated delivery date on each carrier's website.
REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund. Returns must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with manufacturer packaging to warrant a refund.

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method at the time of purchase. After a refund has been processed your bank may take 24-72 hours to post the refund back to your account. You can view your order history and refunds online for your convenience.

2. Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
3. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
4. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided when requesting a refund.
5. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
7. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of a damaged or defective item. 8. Refunds will not be provided for products that have been modified, used, or damaged by the customer.
9. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
10. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraud, abuse of our refund policy, or if the return does not meet the stated criteria.
