BULL FIRM FAQ

  • How does shipping work?
We offer three primary shipping options for your convenience. The first option is for you to personally come and pick up your puppy directly from us. The second option, which is the most common, is ground shipping. You have the flexibility to use your own shipper or utilize our shipping services. With ground shipping, a shipper will come to our location, pick up the puppy you have chosen, and deliver it to your preferred destination, typically your doorstep. For clients on the west coast, shipping usually takes approximately 2 days. The third and our preferred option is using a Flight Nanny. A Flight Nanny is a person who picks up the puppy you have selected and flies with the puppy in a doggie carrier, holding it on their lap, to the airport of your choosing. You can then meet the Flight Nanny at the airport to receive your new pup.
  • What if I can no longer keep my new pet?
We understand things happen in life that are out of our control and we are always willing to accept any pup of ours back into our home. In fact, we reserve the right to purchase the pup back. We reserve the first right of refusal. In the event that you are no longer able to keep your puppy, please contact us immediately and we will be glad to assist.
  • What is a Guardian Home?
Our Guardian Home Program is a great opportunity for a family who would love to add a well-bred, top quality American Bully to their family at a reduced price. The puppy or adult dog would join their new family as a pet and remain theirs for life but will still be used in our breeding program. Our Guardian Home Program allows us to grow our program and continue to better our breed, without sacrificing any of our dog’s happiness and need for love and attention. While we want to keep all of our dogs with us, we truly want our dogs to be in family homes where they can shine like the rock stars that they are and receive all of the one-on-one attention that they desire. As a guardian home, you are the permanent home for one of our breeding dogs while they are in our program. Once they are retired (and spayed/neutered at our expense), full ownership transfers to the guardian family and they get to keep the dog forever. Becoming a Guardian Home gives you the opportunity to have one of our puppies or young adults as a family pet while he or she remains in our program at a very generous discounted cost to you! By offering this program, we are able to ensure that our dogs get to live the best possible lives in a loving, caring home where they receive as much one on one attention as possible.

  • What kind of dog is it?
The American Bully is a versatile breed known for being a loyal companion and excellent family pet. They have the potential to be trained as guard dogs for added protection. While their muscular appearance may seem intimidating, they are actually gentle and loving household dogs. Don't be fooled by their tough exterior - they are big babies at heart.
  • Why the Free Puppy Training?
We offer free puppy training to our clients in order to foster lasting bonds with their new family members. This formal training helps socialize puppies, teaches proper interaction between owners and their pets, and enhances the overall experience for all involved. By showing commitment to being the best fur parent, clients demonstrate dedication to their puppies' development and well-being. Through these training sessions, puppies learn valuable social skills and owners gain the knowledge to effectively communicate and address behavioral issues. Our goal is to support our clients in creating harmonious and fulfilling relationships with their furry companions.
  • What is a Pet Home?
Our Pet Home Only puppies and retired adults are excellent high-quality animals that may have a minor breed fault that does not in any way affect the quality of life whatsoever. Pet Home dogs make Amazing pets, but not amazing show dogs. For example, a puppy who is born with two different colored eyes, may look very appealing to the eye, however this goes against the written standard for the breed, hence making the puppy unfit for the show ring.
  • How big do they get?
There are three primary class varieties of dogs to consider: standard, pocket, and classic. Here's a breakdown of each variety: 1. Standard Variety: This variety typically measures between 16-19 inches at the withers and weighs around 70-100 pounds, depending on gender. 2. Pocket Variety: The pocket variety closely resembles the standard variety in appearance, but they are shorter and sometimes smaller in size. 3. Classic Variety: The classic variety maintains a closer resemblance to their American Staffordshire/American Pitbull roots. They still resemble the standard variety, but they generally have less mass. Some people refer to them as the "pitbull on steroids" due to their muscular build. In summary, the standard variety is the largest, while the pocket variety is similar in appearance but smaller, and the classic variety has less mass but still retains its “Pitbull on steroids” aesthetics.
